Choosing a competent and reliable contractor to install a Solar PV system is a major hurdle for those who are interested in a Solar PV system.

That’s why we are members of the Renewable Energy Association’s REAL Assurance Scheme. As a full member of the scheme, we follow a code-of-practice which is endorsed by The Office of Fair Trading that protects you in a number of ways:

• Information – we present information in a clear and honest way;
• Sales Activity – we treat our customers fairly and with respect. We do not pressure or mislead under any circumstances;
•  Contracts – our terms and conditions are clear and fair, and follow all legislation on customer contracts;
• Deposits – the REAL Code’s Deposit Protection Scheme protects any deposit paid;
• Warranty – the REAL Code’s Warranty Protection Scheme ensures you have warranty coverage for the full warranty period;
• Customer Care Issues – the REAL Assurance also assist with any complaints which we are unable to resolve directly, acting as an arbitrator in many cases.
