Residential Developers

We are pleased to work with residential developers large and small, from the national homebuilders, to smaller, regional and self-build developers – to deliver turnkey and pre-engineered renewable energy systems which can be included towards CO2 reduction targets incorporated in the Code for Sustainable Homes, EcoHomes standards and planning policies such as ‘The Merton Rule’.

We work with SAP assessors, planning consultants, architects and energy consultants to identify the most appropriate technologies for the development. Once suitable products have been identified, our experienced team will design, supply, install and commission the systems for you.

Products most relevant to new-build residential clients are:

• Solar Photovoltaics, in particular the C21e integrated tile systems.

• Solar Thermal, in particular the C21t integrated thermal tile

• Ground Source Heat Pumps

• Air Source Heat Pumps

In some cases such as apartment buildings and similar shared occupancy developments, rainwater harvesting can often be implemented at an early stage.

Wind turbines are a rare addition to new developments, especially where multiple dwellings are built, due to the power supply arrangements needed. We can discuss this with you during our initial consultation.
